Return & Exchange Policy

At Pants by Basics, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident and comfortable with every pair of pants you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We offer size and style exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unworn condition.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size/style is not available, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Altered or customized pants

  • Clearance or final sale products

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  2. Our team will guide you through the easy return/exchange process.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

 

EXCHANGING FOR SOMETHING ELSE ?

In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference amount.

 

REFUNDS FOR DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS
In case of orders placed from sale items or with discount is returned then that order is only eligible for exchange, refund will not be applicable.
